Jazz- An Incredible Partner

Jazz (JC Morrigan) continues to thrive in her post-racing world with Adriana.

The newest update from Adriana on Jazz

Jazz is the best horse in my barn. She is so versatile and does everything, every single job that is asked of her always giving 110%. She is sensitive and athletic, but also extremely forgiving with her adult amateur owner and half leaser.

She is an incredible first flight hunt horse, hunting with Farmington Hunt club here in Virginia. Jazz also hunts with Whiskey Road Foxhounds and Aiken Hounds during the winter when I make the pilgrimage down south. She is also successfully competing in eventing at the starter level, with a beginner novice move up in the near future. She has competed in 2’6″ jumpers, as well as straight dressage.

Jazz is the most trustworthy, safe horse to take on trail rides, and even totes around beginners on occasion! Jazz is so loved and cherished here. She is one in a million. She’s a total overachiever, and we joked that she can read your mind. . . You just think something, and she does it before you even have a chance to ask. She’s an incredible partner.

A thought or two from Wasabi Aftercare

We are so grateful for owners, like Adriana, who choose to adopted our retired racehorses. Even more so, we love that these owners take the time to share stories and photos about their horses. The way the owners love these horses and boast about them so proudly warms our hearts. These horse and human relationships are so dear.
